Low back pain is a common issue that can result from poor posture, muscle strain, or injury. At our clinic, we specialise in providing tailored physiotherapy treatments that address the root causes of your discomfort, helping to reduce pain and restore mobility. With a personalised treatment plan, we aim to enhance your recovery and prevent future issues.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Low back pain from a specific accident i.e. lifting or a sports injury?

  • Pain and stiffness in the low back for no known reason?

  • Difficulty or pain when turning over in bed at night?

  • Pain and stiffness in the low back first thing in the morning?

  • Pain and stiffness when standing or sitting for long periods?

  • Pain when completing day-to-day tasks that involve bending or lifting?

  • Sciatica symptoms, a dull ache or referred pain into the buttock or down the leg?

  • Tried various remedies, medications, exercises, and treatments but no relief?

If any of this sounds familiar to you, you are not alone! It is estimated that 2 in every 3 people will suffer with pain in their lower back at some point in their lives.

However, there is a great deal that can be done to help – you do not have to suffer each day being in pain. The first step towards effective treatment is taking an active approach.

Physiotherapy is one of the most widely used forms of treatment adopted for gaining relief from low back pain.

With so many possible contributing factors, including involvement of discs, muscles, ligaments, nerves, and joints, together with the demands of modern lifestyles, it is crucial a thorough assessment of your low back is carried out to gain an accurate diagnosis which identifies the root cause of your pain.
